Another month, with delay, the international votation of the FOTOMETEO contest from 2008 February opens up. The mechanism is easy, you have to give 5,4,3,2,1 point to your favourite pictures from the following list (The 5 best qualified pictures in the Spain, United Kingdom and France  contests ). You can´t vote your own pictures
