Another month, with delay, the international votation of the PHOTOWEATHER contest from 2009 August opens up. The mechanism is easy, you have to give 5,4,3,2,1 point to your favourite pictures from the following list (The 5 best qualified pictures in the Spain , United Kingdom and France
contests of August 2008 ). You can´t vote your own pictures
