Does anyone know whether any national record low temperatures were broken last winter? 

I've copied over the excellent list produced by Jeff Masters of record highs that have been broken this year on to W&ESN but for the sake of completeness (and to avoid accusations of bias) I'd like to add the record lows as well. 

I only want all time national records - not date records for specific locations ;)
