GR Level 3 Problem

I can't get the warnings box to work on GR Level 3. The radar works fine though I don't get the coloured boxes on the storms as everyone else gets.

Any suggestions/advice appreciated.

Try first, close program and reboot pc, then try it agian. If that doesnt work, uninstall it, then reinstall it. ;)

Are you using the latest build ? Ver 1.1 RC1 is the latest

Ah I have the same problem! My version is 1.0 - Stu is it just a case of going to their website and downloaded the new version?

I have tried everything and still don't get the warnings...

I'm beginning to think NAV may be blocking them...

Just check under View / Warnings settings that the feed is set to default - unless you use the Allison house feed (I do)

Check that you are running Ver 1.1 RC1

No, I don't have that warnings box to click on. Do I get that after the months trial?

The version I loaded is the one on the GRLevel 3 front page...

Ah you need the full blown version ~ not the trial.... I guess that you will have to pay ...
