Been seeing some great new pictures uploaded into the Library lately and am hoping to see some new ones of the lightning and severe weather as storms are predicted over the coming days. 25/26 July 2006.
Congratulations to Martin who recently had his photo's published into a popular High Street weather magazine after many were uploaded for viewing here into the library for forum members to browse and enjoy. So, keep them coming and the UKww hope to expand the Library forum for Educational and research purposes as time goes by.
Thanks Again

Still forced lift, but I take your point! :P If Jason doesn't beat me to it, I'll create a thread later and transfer the necessary across...
Yo Dudes
I came looking in this thread becuase I was surprised to find stratus and lenticular / orographic clouds in the same category. Looks like it's been discussed before; but is anyone going to seperate out the two? I don't mind doing it.

And, is there room for other phenomena involving clouds like frontal activity? Or, cloud developmental activity?>>Phil

Are the Stratus cloud images already within the Lenticular thread being moved to the Stratus thread or do we need to resend?
Best,

With 2008 already breaking weather records here in the UK and in the States, it seems as though alot is happening around the Globe on all weather fronts so Linda & I look forward to many more uploads of your amazing photos/images during 2008.
Keep posting everyone and thanks to all who have done so already.
Regards
Jason & Linda
