It's a Kodak z612, Lower end zoom camera as I was on a budget. It's been great so far with Auto indoor and closer range shots, But seems to need a bit of manual input though when it has less than perfect light conditions outside.

I have 2 Kodak cameras.P880 and DX7590.I always use the manual setting and the exposure level of -0.07 to -1.0.
This gained by adjusting your shutter speed.
Then in photo-editing I use auto levels and adjust gamma to get the desired photo I need.

I hope this is the right thread for this question.
I have a lightning strike captured from video which spans 3 frames and I now have it as 3 jpegs, is it possible to overlay all 3 to create 1 jpeg ? The clouds and background are identical in each pic but the strike has different arms and legs in each.
I have photoshop cs1 (never learnt to use it properly) and am struggling to see if this is possible.
Thanks

Memory card I have been using a Kingdisk 2gb SD memory card tonight it kept reporting unformatted i reformatted it and it looked like it was working playing back pics on cam but when plugged into PC most of the pics were missing. It was reformatted again but same problem persists. cleaned connectors as well to no avail. Some times cam was reporting no image others raw image cannot be displayed when none had been taken. I take it the card is goosed not that i could trust it anymore.
Is any form of maintenance required for SD cards
What make of SD card do other use.
Cheers

Mick, I'm sure there is a better way of doing it but...
If I was trying to do it I would be using Paintshop Pro and the first step would be to convert the files to GIF format so I could cut and past one image into another as a transparent GIF. This would allow overlaying two transparent GIFs on the original.
I think I should invest in a guide to PSP - there must be an easier way!
HTH.
