Maximum discharge rate (strikes per minute):  6-7

Closest proximity of discharge:One hit a factory roof opposite my work  500-600 metres

Notes : 7pm-8pm spell was not too active although had a sharp downpour, 8.45(ish) onwards was amazing, frequent cg lightning and the rain turned roads into rivers in minutes, also coming off our metal roof like a waterfall! Storm was directly over me lighning and thunder at the same time for about 30 mins, the third spell at 9.40 was brief but to the south of me, strangely enough not much thunder but the lightning at its best 8-10 strikes per minute---no rain.
