Congrats Kevin, you seem to have cracked it there. Picture looks the right size, and if I save it the file is 640x480. Posted Image

If you right click on the photo in the post above, then click view image info. Somewhere in that little window which comes up will tell you the dimensions.

Worked again Kevin, glad to see we'll be getting some good quality shots posted up from yourself now. That's quite a nice scene. Posted Image

thank you,now i need a bit of practice ,i really am left behind were computors are concerened but dont like to be beaten by technology ,keep going till you get it... ukww is a great site as you usually get very constructive help from other members when you have very basic knowledge,A little embarrasing some questions my be as to how basic they seem, however there must be at least one other pearson not clued up so my embarrasment may also help them ,,,great site now going to dodge some space debris

Hi cloudscape, use the "Direct link" url on the right-hand side of your photobucket page (just click it to copy). Then in your UKww post click the image icon above the reply box, and right-click 'paste' in there. Should look like this:

The image appears wherever you cursor is within the text when you insert the image using the process above. Posted Image

that's this Posted Image icon :).
Just out of interest something that I think we've lost (or I've not re-found) is the ability to "scale" the image. I know the system automatically can do it, although I'm not sure how and when it "decides" to - ie why hasn't it scaled Baz's picture?
