It wont load imported tables as a result that it wont load the full editor for me, it says 'loading' as green box on top and then nothing

Not sure if I'm truly banned. I can login (it reports "login successful") but then I can't view anything "403 - permission denied".
It might not be how the banning procedure actually works but then again it might be, I dunno. It certainly has that effect

It seems to be very slow parsing for 'new threads'.. about 8 -10 minutes behind the actual posting times . Can we increase this speed at all?

Scrap that - im viewing it too much like a top 50 thread, I assuming now that if its you thats written the new content it doesnt show it as such so doesnt show the updated thread in the list

I'm using the "Today's Active Content" link (near the bottom), which is more like the old top50.

Trying to use table data inside HTML doesn't work either, I don't think this is a fault, it just seems that the more up-to-date forum software can't deal with it ( many fora I use are exactly the same). Just one disadvantage over the old software which managed it quite well where you could view and modify the HTML source.

I've just moved to another router (physically, about 2 miles) and got straight back in using presaved cookies and the "remember me" tick box at sign-in - so no probs there (sometimes even Gmail doesn't like me for that).

I did some googling with regard to tables, IP.Board admin should have a specific option setting to enable Table Code. Maybe someone can check this at some point as being able to copy in table data would be a great help and save us having to make an image file of the table to upload.

Looking at the status updates it seems noteworthy whilst a new member (or sockpuppet) needs to be validated by admin before they can post on the forum, they can post on the status updates. Could be that's a door open to spammers...

Most people should be able to login. The conversion software from MegaBBS to IP Board we paid for included a custom script for converting the various parts - posts, members, forums etc
but the part to convert members was missing a file that converts all of your group membership permissions over, so if you were in more than 1 group, i.e Frouk and a member and registered to post in climate, it only put you down on the new forum
as a Frouk, and therefore as you weren't a member, couldn't sign in.

I've now edited all these groups manually, so you should be able to access.

Just checked again though and the original PK2 login still gets a 403 error when I try to view any page.
