Those nice Norwegian people have for some reason produced this technical article in English, It could be of interest to many here given that these hard to detect and forecast polar lows that may possibly affect the UK will often develop in the Norwegian Sea. In any case www.yr.no or www.met.no may have items of interest during such developments.
