Areas affected - Severe Gales - Western & Northern Isles, Northern Scotland

General evolution: A deepening area of low pressure will expected to pass to the north of the UK moving north-eastward. This will produce strong gale to storm force winds in the northern parts of Scotland UK overnight. Gusts are expected to exceed 80mph for a time with the strongest winds over the Northern Isles tomorrow morning.
