No. I think it is an image taken with a Macro lens and as in fact, a toy train with icing sugar sprinkled on top of it :)

thats write dave we move just about anything i wish this had been a toy train brian it was absoloutly freezing that iceing sugar was perrishing

Thats a good scene...a nice change too for a snowy photo. I wouldn't like to have to clear snow and ice off that though!
