To get the ball rolling.

Following a weak frontal passage eastwards on saturday it looks likely some fairly unstable air will follow with the potential for Thunderstorms which may merge over western areas during the day, with Wales probably in the fireing line. Even though its early in the year there does seem atm to be a bit of potential for some interesting weather from any potential storms that may develop.

All of Ireland looks good for heavy, possibly thundery showers Saturday afternoon. Elsewhere, I suspect extra lift will be needed but this may be possible if any troughs move through. Certainly one to keep a beady eye on!

Isle of Man looks good!

I still think troughs will be the zones of interest here for most of us. May head down the coast if observations suggest any lines moving in.
