WOW! That is really impressive - some translation

On 12 February 2012, a rather impressive occurred on the beaches of Panama City, Florida, shot by a helicopter pilot.

According to Dr. Gregory Forbes (The Weather Channel), this phenomenon generally occurs in areas covered by vast plains where the wind speed changes rapidly creating turbulence. His presence on a coast bristling with skyscrapers is exceptional. Here, the phenomenon was formed when the warm moist air from the Gulf of Mexico arrived on the coast.

Thanks for the link - I'd seen a couple of images of this event on the web, but weren't sure where they were from. Just when you thought you'd seen all the weather phenomena....
