Some very warm temps *where* the suns breaking today.. Bridlington nearly 17C now at 12Z

Should be at least the 3rd warmest day so far this year.. maybe the 2nd

Pershore up to 16.8C as of 13Z

Well it has brightened up here now and it's a pleasant 14.3 °C. HP still playing havoc with my TV reception though :(

I thought a digital signal was meant to be alleviate this issue, am i wrong?

Well apparently not! The two weakest muxes only are affected which are pre-switchover weak signals from Bluebell Hill. Unless it's the deaded solar flares...

It's been unexpectedly almost unbroken sunshine here since early morning. 2nd warmest day of the year so far at 15.4°C currently and warm enough for just a t-shirt in the sunshine!

Been up to 14.1C here in Plymouth (city centre) and its mostly been overcast with the odd few seconds of sunshine now and again. Warmest day of the year so far!

Same here, thought we might get an hour or so this afternoon but clear blue skies and warmest day of the year now at 16.6c. Good signs for the next week!

As soon as the sun came out a very light sea breeze picked up by 1450Z and so the temp dropped to 12.5C here! Just 11C now

That same sea breeze though didnt reach Shoreham Airport -just 1m inland -until about 1630.. and dropped the temp by 3C in half an hour

Even at19z it was still 15.3c at St James park in London.

Brize Norton topped the highest from the synop stations with a max 17.0C, followed by Bridlington M.R.SC, St James Park and Pershore all on 16.9C

Air temp reached a max of 15.8c at 1327 UTC. Not the warmest March day for me, but still good.

Usk reached 17.7C so it was the 2nd highest ths year in fact
