2 Places were warmer in France than in Spain and Portugal, they were Montfort-Sur-Argens, with 27.0C and Les Arcs with 26.8C. Spains highest was 26.7C@ Ourense and Portugals 26.6C @ Alvega.

Mild across my list of Capitals with only 2 recording a slight air frost

Just avoided any ice days in my capitals, with a few air frosts but none all that severe. One of the most northerly locations had the highest max. Small amounts of precip again with Moscow the only place to add any new snow cover, having 2cm more.

Alvega had a maximum of 26.6ºC, but also a minimum of +0.2ºC....

This days minimums have been 5ºC below average and maximums up to 8ºC above...weird weather..
Here in eastern lisbon i have 27.9ºC now, but the minimum was 9.2ºC...even places not so used to nocturnal inversions are having cool nights..
