A series of chevrons in one of Jupiter's jets has shown the meandering motion that evidences interactions by Rossby waves. Though they were first identified on Jupiter 20 years ago, it's only with analysis of this region of the Jovian atmospere from imagery taken as Cassini passed in 2000 that they can be now be seen.
