Farnham weather station seems to show a max today of 19.5C! Seems a tad high, though the current temp of 16.7C seems reasonable enough to me, sat outside in the sunshine :)

Faulty reading?

Alice Holt is under 5 miles from the town centre station (neither official I don't think) with no significant change in elevation. Looks like that 19.5 is bogus then. Thought so! Thanks BDG.

A lot of local PWS are showing 18-20C in the London area now.. quite believeable I think
Another station close to Farnham is 20C now.. might be a bit overexposed though but its probably going to be the warmest day of the year so far

Only made it to 13.5c today after high hopes of a repeat of last weekends 17c on both days. Bit disappointed with this week a lot of mist and cloud around Oxfordshire, maybe just being greedy we are still only in early March.
