Yes its a great shame after all the time and effort he has put into this site, and especially all the non-stop hours he put in with the New forum switchover. Good Luck Dave for the future [y]

Dave really has been a backbone of UKww for quite some time, I, like a lot of people will miss his input into the running of UKww and hope that some time in the future he may be able to commit himself again. Thanks for all your hard work Dave.
Cheers,
Paul D

I'd also like to offer my sincere gratitude to Dave for the help he has given me the last couple of years; not only with the technical side of the forum, but also with finding the best sources of info on the net.

Many thanks Dave, hope you're still watching the Google Earth ATD overlay on Tstorm days! Posted Image

Dave, thanks for all the input to the background side of the forum over the years.
Shame you never got round to adding the [beer] emoticon back in - followed by a means of turning virtual beers into real ones :) .
All the best

A great loss indeed. The amount of work and effort he put in behind the scenes is immeasurable, especially on the forum format change. I'd like to thank him for all the hard work in setting up the Satellite forum access, nothing appeared to be too much trouble for him. Good luck in your new ventures Dave and hopefully, as others have said, we might see you back sometime.

Really sorry to hear about that. I always found Dave to be very fair and objective, whatever the situation.

You'll be missed Dave.

+1

And I know Dave put in a mountain of work and time with the forum software switch when some of us were pestering for even more help/extras and some were totally negative about it!
Thanks Dave!
