Hey All,

Before this breaks out in to a Sing-a-Song and a round, I would like to convey my thanks to One and All these past 6.5 years. I firmly believe if it had not been for the great company JohnG introduced to me and the opportunity that Dave offered to me in the wake of an earlier departure of a treasured member, Mr. North in case anyone missed that..., either I would be nutters by now or have driven me Misses o'r the fence.

Luckily, running herd on you lot and getting my chops popped a few times has been a large part that has allowed me to draw out a 18 month future to now nearly a 80 month borrowed lifeline. So before anyone else gets their drawers in a wad, I want to thank each and every one of you, both current and past, treasured or banned, each person has made these years a joy. Hopefully, after the battery change out this Summer, we can get a repeat and another 6-7 years.

Okay, anyone remember the words to "My Bonnie... Oh and anyone got the number for the cab...? Yeah, I got Hancox hammered on Shirley Temples and think he needs an escort home... Dave, I got this round... Say, who's holding the darts... Okay Mason, a 5'er gets you 10 if you can... Hey! Village!...

Dave (Cooke) - long may it continue and Dave (Clarke) - good to have you back posting.

When I first read 'Dave Clarke returns' I assumed it was a Frouks posting and maybe something to do with the Dave Clarke Five who were a pop band from years ago. Maybe the passing years has addled my brain but regardless, to both Dave's, please keep posting a big thanks from me.

Couldn't put it better myself, Ross - I heartily endorse those comments. I'm also old enough to remember the Dave Clark Five... guess this is a case of Glad All Over rather than Bits and Pieces!

Nice one Dave [y]

I would personally like to see Dave take up his old position as a UKWW moderator again?

Always good to have an independant voice in the choir, especially when 'on occassions' all the others are singing one tune!
