Radar showing a line of heavy showers right the way from the Brecon beacons to Barnstaple. Wonder if there are any sferics within the showers?

I live in Pensford, Bristol and we have not had any thunder or hail what so ever. Had a recent spell of light rain and that was it.

There was quite a hailer during the rugby, leaving 5cm high drifts of hailstones here in Mach, but they were tiddly things - close-on being Graupel.

Cheers - John

We have had 2 bouts of hail this afternoon. So plenty of convection about. I'll post the video of my pseudo tornado and funnel clouds later when I have converted them from HD to web quality.

Exe this morning is very muddy, though flow has not increased significantly. Obviously some reasonable road runoff caused by these showers north of Tiverton, and colouration caused by council grit being washed into water courses after ecent frosty nights.
