Chris Fawkes reporting Snow in parts of Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire atm.

Thanks for the heads up Andres... sleet here in Coalville atm, wet bulb currently +1.8C and falling.

I was thinking of you Sam ... he said it was a temporary feature at the back end of the stalled front, once the front starts to move south the snow should turn back to rain.

Front seems to have stalled and be petering out with us on the southern side of it. We had a spell of phase change between rain and snow, almost all light to moderate snow at one point, but as the precip has lightened the precip went back to drizzle and now the temperature/wet buld have recovered a few tenths...
