Currently 21.6 at 14Z - I am sure this will creep up a bit, as will other reports.

Touch and go if the records gone today.. if Portmadogs still the same temp at 15Z as at 14Z id say its about 60% likely.. cant see anywhere else in the running now though besides Goggerden though otterbourne and Trawscoed may reach 21.6c iish. Goes without saying if so though, beating a near 100 year record again is pretty remarkable

Max of 20.0 °C here, very respectable for the end of March, never had two consecutive days of 20 °C in any March.

Even though its a clear sunny day, the east wind has kept temps pegged back again.
Current air temp, 10.9c and falling at -0.4c/hr.

22.1 degrees here now. I expect Pershore to report within half a degree of this - it is always within this amount.

Though not official, my station is mounted on a north facing wall of my house which will not see the sun until 5-30pm

Make that 22.2. :)

maxed out 20.6c at 3.19pm, now 20.2c. I don't think I've recorded higher in March before (Since 2006)..

The CEFAS Smartbuoy moored at the Mersey Bar Light is currently offline, but the Barrow Waverider buoy is online and currently reporting a sea surface temperature of 7.65C which is pretty representative of Liverpool Bay waters.

Edit: current buoy sites bordering UK coasts are all around 7-8C. The highest SSTs are off the Hebrides with around 9C. The influence of the Gulf Stream is obvious.
