Here is amateur footage of a funnel cloud that was reported by Phil Avery on the 21st August 2000

A day after I photographed my first FC over the Cambrian Mountains! A rather slack pressure-regime was in place, allowing various convergence-zones to set up as sea-breezes interacted with the steering-flow.
