Remaining warm and dry across my list of European Capitals with just Valletta reporting a small amount of rainfall (0.2 mm) 4 places did however report slight air frosts - could this be the start of cooler conditions across Europe?

Portugal wins the hot spot with 29.2C beating Spains best which was @ Monforte de Lemos which had a max of 28.9C

For a change in my list Moscow didn't have the coldest maximum although it had the coldest minimum. Back up to three places with snow cover as Minsk had 6cm of new snow but it was the only capital to increase it.
