got a problem with a TN report we recieved via ESWD yesterday and I don't know how to deal with that. The given information is not very consistent IMO... does anyone here have some information about that observation / report?

**UPDATE** Dundee Airport recorded a wind speed of 27 mph while the storm passed over (1 mile away from Invergowrie). Damage has been reviewed in Kingoodie, a branch off a tree has been blown over the seawall. Based on this, the intensity of this tornado/waterspout is F0.
