A dry night with minimum temp 2.8C @ 03:07 but sensor now affected by sunlight so current reading unreliable. Liverpool AP is giving 9C @ 11:45. Welsh hills are visible but hazy so I'd estimate visibility to be 10-15 miles. Mostly cloudy with Cu with small patches of blue sky. I'd esimate 7/8 cloud. No sight of precipitation nor rain shadows, hard surfaces dry.
