I'm not sure why models weren't picking up the heavy rain in the SW this morning. It's been raining down here for about 4 hours already, and we were due just the odd shower before rain sets in tonight - GFS's latest run suggests no chance of rain here at this time. There go my outdoor plans for the morning! At least it's not cold at 8°C.
