Should be for text reports, only of storms, forming storms, hail reports etc.

Any pictures should be posted in the UK Weather Photography Forum.

This is to help those on mobile devices quickly keep up todate with information on live stormsPosted Image.

Ukww lightning has detected a storm over the English channel and seems to be heading NW.

One of them cells has intense rainfall combined with the lightning.

Cluster of sferics developing across the New Forest (Ringwood area especially) now and extendig WNW towards Shaftesbury and Blandford Forum.

Numerous flashes and rumbles over the last half hour - quite active. Some close by but most further to my north-east.
