Late report for last night
Quite an active thunderstorm here 0010 to 0040 BST with quite frequent c-c discharges - mostly q distant but two loud cracks around 0015...short spell of torrential rain
Later was woken by a single flash and long rumble around 0300
13mm of rain overnight to 8am
Anvil tops from this evening'storms in E Anglia very impressive looking northeastwards about an hour ago
