Hello all! A few taken in Bulgaria and as the heat gathered pace, the Stara Planina (Balkan) Mountains provided a pleasant enough backdrop, with several of the highest peaks still covered in the white-stuff - hardly detracting from the gin clear blue-skies, very Summery feel not least cacophony of croaking frogs adding to the atmos. It sounds and looks like a little green paradise, the way you speak it! The pictures are really, really nice and inviting! Thank you! :)

Thanks for the nice comments, wasn't half great to getaway from the cold, drab and grey for a wee while, as you do... Posted Image

The Amazon probably holds a few more surprises of its own too Dave lol - as was the journey back to blightly, leaving 32C well and truly behind..here's just a taster, all via the compact as the DSLR was safely tucked away and tbh its memory well into overload city! better than nowt or at least i hope.May well require a newish thread as the cloudless eventually became quite the oppo, in its own right Posted Image

Stumbled across a couple more (taken on compact) - from what seemed the weediest of clouds, came a very short burst of convective rain, drops almost the size of ten pence pieces! the rays appeared a short while later.Temps remained in the upper level ;-)
