Highest ever May pressure within the British Isles allegedly 1042.2 hPa in may 1943 in Dublin. Can anyone concur?

Just as presure expected to peak above 1040hPa over and to southwest of Ireland in next couple of days.

Irony of highest ever May pressure during an unusually unsettled and windy spell.....

Yes 09Z synop shows Valentia (and Sherkin) both 1043.0 exactly at 09Z

Unless anyone knows otherwise does seem the British Isles May max pressure record has fallen (though it must be said it seems a tad low to me to be a record...) ??
