Should be for text reports, only of storms, forming storms, hail reports, lightning, Thunder etc.

Any pictures should be posted in the UK Weather Photography Forum.

This is to help those on mobile devices quickly keep up to date with information on live storms.

A very active night here with frequent heavy showers with hail and a single flashbang of lightning and thunder a couple of miles to my East around 2am. Rainfall total since midnight of 16.8mm.

No thunder or lightning, recent snowstorm was a double topped Cb heading SE.

Heavy and squally hail shower here atm. Leaving a covering on soil and lawn. No thunder heard.

12Z - Thunder heard at time of observation. Showers of rain/hail showers during past hour (moderate or heavy) with stones up to 1 cm. Also, showers of hail of up to 5mm in last 3 hours.

Moderate shower of graupel and hail for ten minutes, up to 10mm for the softer ones. Heavy bursts at times.

4 flashes with thunder here in Oxford in the last 5 minutes, heavy hail shower

2 CG's and 4 rumbles from a cell to my NNE. Looks potent from here.

Scratch that, bright CG and shotgun thunder just now. Hail starting.

A couple of rumbles from my North. Make that 3. Clouds are quite mobile with a bit of lowering/rotation observed.
