Didn't manage to secure a window seat for either transatlantic flight, but had the camera on hand for the two internal legs between Philadelphia and Denver. First half from the 19th May, with anvils possibly associated with the Kansas tornadoes. Second half from 4th June, not sure about the exact route but I believe the large body of water is Lake Michigan. I'm really happy with the shots of lonely Cu over the landscape, though colour management has been a struggle as I didn't have my UV filter to hand either time.

It's not very often you get the chance, indeed to take some snaps right up to cruising level! tbh you'd be mad not too and if you manage a window seat - nicely taken and always a pleasure to see, cheers for sharing
