Tornado outbreak in poland 15th july 2012

According to on line reports there has been an outbreak of tornado's in poland, killing one and injuring nine.

Looks like this was probably one tornado that occasionally retracted during its journey. Zooming into ESSL map shows touchdowns more or less in a straght line.

More evidence to suggest Poland is the place to go for strong tornadoes. The clips in the news reports are quite stunning, and the Poles have an uncanny knack of getting very close to, or even right underneath these phenomena.

Some of the damage video footage I've seen seems to indicate T5 /EF3 level damage in places.
I'm not sure about the single long tracked tornado, but I've seen plenty of video from this of tornadoes spinning out then reforming almost immediately, the same goes for intensity, you can see them really eating the landscape then easing off before becoming more powerful again.

I agree about poland, it would be worth a chase over there one season for those that can get over there.
