Hi all here's (Part 1) of todays & this evenings action.
Early afternoon showers soon cleared away, another soaking just for a change? tbh, i really did think that was that for the day..lol, until later, when i was to be proven wrong as this little lot came into view from about 7pm on..okay, not quite directly overhead, full blown action, but radar later confirmed this beast of a cell developed just to the N and then walloped parts of Stoke/N Staffs/Buxton/Bakewell and S Derbys with 32mm/hr> core RF totals. ie., off the scale..Posted Image

No doubt the view beneath this brut would've been rather more different! and a hellluvalot noisier!..one pretty sunset followed the all too familiar close call - and yet gazing at a distant TS isn't always that bad. (more in part 2) inc what can only atm be best described as a warriors type head thingy? made up of cirrus high level clouds! bit knackered now, so no doubt all shall be revealed later, thanks.
