Hi Paul and anyone else's input welcome
Well it's Friday and just over a day to go before we fly to Mahon.
Can you give me that heads up nearer the time you mentioned?
I see from various on line weather sites there is still a bit of variation.
The max temps have been whittled right down by Wunderground Weather but Accucheck and others still sticking on 80f plus for much of the week 9-16th September with a few days 'chance of a thunderstorm'
Which site if any do you favour for accuracy? and what are the real max temps and storm prospects for the week?
Hope you can help so I know whether to pack the camcorder or the sun lotion - or both!

Cheers
Ray)

I'd go to the horse's mouth for temps if I were you Ray, at the Spanish Met site www.aemet.es, mainly because they own and run their version of the HIRLAM which is one of the highest resolution models in operational use in Europe. Here's the link for Port Mahon (or Maó in Catalan), showing highs at lunchtime almost touching 30C and overnight lows of 20C:

http://www.aemet.es/...ios/mao-id07032

As for storm chance, possibly tomorrow but not clear after that. I'll put 50p on Tue/Wed. Posted Image
